Music executive Ubi Franklin has revealed that singer Kizz Daniel is one of the biggest holders of real estate in Nigeria’s entertainment industry, claiming that the singer’s property portfolio is worth about ₦9–10 billion.
Franklin, an associate of Davido, made the claim while discussing how some Nigerian entertainers invest their earnings in properties without publicly flaunting their wealth.
According to him, many established artistes have moved beyond the stage of publicly displaying their properties and achievements, choosing instead to quietly build their wealth.
“One of the biggest holders of real estate in Nigeria, and in the Nigerian entertainment industry, that I know, one of the biggest holders is Kizz Daniel,” Franklin said.
He mentioned other entertainers, including Flavour, Phyno and Davido, as artistes he had heard also have significant real estate investments.
“David is another person that has some good real estate. I’ve heard of a couple for Burna, you know,” he added.
Franklin, however, singled out Kizz Daniel as an artiste whose substantial property holdings he could personally attest to.
“But I know that some of them hold a huge real estate portfolio. And one person I can tell you that one I know is Kizz Daniel. He holds a huge real estate portfolio, you know. But he doesn’t make noise. He’s just doing his thing,” he said.
Franklin’s comments have sparked conversations online about the investments and wealth-building strategies of Nigeria’s biggest music stars, particularly those who keep their properties and financial achievements away from public attention.
